APPLICATION FEE

Term Loan (exlcuding Short Term)	0.20% of the Term Loan applied for, subject to minimum of Rs.1000
Short Term Loan	0.10% of the Short Term Loan applied for

Application fee has to be deposited along with the application form. Additionally processing fee is also to be paid.

PROCESSING FEE

Term Loan (exlcuding Short Term)	0.30% of the Term Loan sanctioned, subject to minimum of Rs.2000
Short Term Loan	0.15% of the Loan sanctioned

Processing fee has to be deposited before the issue of detailed sanction letter. Any excess amount of application fee, arising due to loan applied for shall be appropriated towards processing fee and vice versa.

UP-FRONT FEE

Term Loan (exlcuding Short Term)	1.00% of the sanctioned loan amount
Short Term Loan	0.25% of the sanctioned loan amount

PUBLIC ISSUE APPRAISAL FEE

Original Appraisal	0.20% of the project cost subject to minimum of Rs.1.00 lac and maximum of Rs. 2.50 lacs.
Revision,if any	0.10% of original fees with minimum of Rs.15000

ISSUE MANAGEMENT FEE

Co-lead Management	0.40% of public issue (other than promoters)subject to minimum of Rs.1.00 lacs and maximum of Rs.2.50 lacs.
Co-Manager /Advisor	Negotiable, with minimum of Rs.25000

EQUITY PARTICIPATION FEE

Processing fees	0.50% of the amount applied for,subject to a minimum of Rs.10000
Service charges (Up-front)	2.5% of the amount to be subscribed.
Placement of equity/loan syndication	0.5% of the amount placed/syndicated.

Note: Application fee, processing fee and upfront fee are not refundable in any case.
